Day 8

Castaway Cay. Disney's own private island. What a paradise! Blue water and sand everywhere. We started off donning our snorkel gear and heading towards the water. Actually the kids and Lisa went snorkeling. I had the underwater camera so I snapped the pics. Marina wasn't too crazy about snorkeling but Jantzen and Lisa loved it. They swam out to the sunken pirate ship and did some snorkeling. They saw a lot of fish including a stingray. Marina and I were on the beach making sandcastles.

The ship debarked about 5:00 so we headed back about 3:00. We knew it would be a busy night because we were getting off the ship early the next morning. Lisa went to the debarkation talk at 4:30. This is where the Cruise Director tells you about your luggage, customs, breakfast and leaving the ship the next morning.

We had dinner at Tritons and then did some last minute shopping. We needed to buy some more luggage for all the souvenirs we bought. We then headed back to the room because we had to have all our luggage packed and in the hall by 10:30pm so they could take it through customs early the next morning.
